Clean Energy

In an effort to expand our Green/ESG Sustainability mission, we are in discussions with a group responsible for formulating the standards and regulations relating to “Certified Clean Natural Gas” in the market. The increasing trend toward certain overseas importers of LNG requiring “Certified” LNG feedstock affords us the opportunity to set up prototype systems and preliminary testing protocols for this exciting and necessary program. We plan to immediately commence the initial leasing and drilling of 60 of our 300 available high reserve shallow gas prospects in the Southeast Texas Frio, Jackson & Yegua sands north of Houston. These 60 prospects are based on our vast seismic data reprocessed using modern reprocessing techniques by the partners. The type curve for them is consistent at 400-500 MCFD, 1.0 to as much as 5.0 BCFG, $500K Drill & Complete, and a 92% success rate so far. Estimated gross reserve value: $240Mil * (at a conservative 1.0 BCF/well). As we develop these conventional shallow gas wells, we plan to establish partnerships to explore prototype testing of Certified Gas wellhead and processing sites to assist in the formulation of new standards and regulations. In addition to assisting with the prototyping and initial protocols, any clean gas production will be a significant revenue source for ESGY. It seems logical to assume that the clean gas will sell at a premium to the LNG processing market.
