• Former Vice President of Entech Enterprises and now is singularly focused on ESGY. Mr.
Schwarz served as the Vice President of Entech Enterprises since 1994. Entech was an active
investor in non-operated energy projects worldwide. John possesses supplemental experience
in commercial real estate consulting, venture capital, finance, and other general business
interests.
• Prior to Entech, Mr. Schwarz worked for Gulf States Oil & Refining after earning a degree in
Energy Economics from the University of Texas in 1984.
R. M. Looney
• Mr. Looney is an industry-leading petroleum geologist and geophysicist. He brings almost 50
years of experience in the Gulf Coast basin. With his partner Steve, he was at the forefront of the
post non-conventional exploration renaissance, and are pioneers in the practice of analyzing
underutilized 2-D and 3-D data with a remarkable success rate. His successful efforts resulted
in the discovery of nearly 400 BCFGE in discoveries.
• Mike graduated from the University of Texas, Austin in 1971 with a B.S. in Geology and received
his M.A. in Geology from UT Austin in 1977. He worked as a Geologist for Exxon and Hunt
Energy Corporation until 1980 when he began his career as an independent oil and gas
explorationist. He formed Several Exploration and Production Companies Since 2007 and Served as Director/President thereof.
Michael Graham
• Michael Graham has over 48 years of experience as a geophysicist / geologist in oil and gas and mining
industries. He has discoveries in the Anadarko basin, North Sea, Middle East, US Permian Basin and US
Gulf Coast. The first sixteen years of his career was with Mobil working on both domestic and
international major field development projects. He later served as Vice President of Geophysics and
Geology for a few independent oil and gas exploration and development companies. Experienced in 2D
and 3D acquisition planning, processing, interpretation, computer assisted mapping and seismic data
processing. Trained on Landmark, GeoQuest, Photon and Kingdom seismic interpretation workstations
with eleven years of 2D and 3D interpretation experience on IBM, SunSpark and high-end PC platforms.
• Experienced user of Geographical Information Systems, synthetic, modeling and mapping software both
on PC and mainframe. Geological analysis and reserve evaluations, mineral assays and analysis. The last
seven years of his career he has consulted on oil, gas and mineral evaluations. Mike is a State of Texas
Licensed Geophysicist, a member of the Society of Exploration Geophysicists, European Association of
Geoscientists and Engineers and the Houston Geophysical Society. Mike has a BS in Geophysics from the
New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology.
